Facility Executive

 
About the role - 

Facility management is a critical function in our business model since it has a robust scope of expectations. A facility executive will be a part of the Facilities Management team and shall help in creating an accommodating work environment for our clients and internal employees.He/She will take care of day to day operations for multiple offices and will ensure that all administrative functions, amenities, workplace hygiene and safety are maintained at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities - 

 

Housekeeping and Security management:

  • Responsible for maintenance of facilities, supervising, housekeeping & pantry, stationery, cafeteria services.

  • Responsible for managing housekeeping service and staff, cleaning standards, pest control management, chemicals, materials, and equipment.

  • To ensure weekly training is imparted and staff grooming standard is maintained.

  • Monitoring attendance of security.

  • Ensuring that the security maintains the registers/tools and updates material movements (In & Out) on day to day basis.

Vendor and Stock Management:

  • Monitoring stock of office materials, stationery, food and beverage consumables.

  • Responsible for vendor coordination for invoicing and supply of materials.

  • To discuss and assist the facility manager on a monthly basis on the vendor performance.

Repairs and maintenance:

  • Taking care of office maintenance and resolve electrical, carpentry and plumbing issues.

  • Solving on-ground issues and ensuring that it is done within the defined timelines.

  • Keep the mailroom organized and clean.

Hygiene and Safety:

  • Managing relationships with the landlord municipal authorities, fire labour, and other statutory bodies.

  • Ensuring health and safety practices is being followed.

  • Ensure that timely sanitation and waste disposal is being followed.

What we are looking for - 
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Facilities Management with minimum 1+ years of prior experience in managing soft services .

  • Should have sound knowledge of housekeeping and staff training and management.

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • Well versed with Computer applications (MS Office, Google applications etc).

  • Strong customer service drive.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Open to new ideas & willing to challenge the status quo.

  • Collaborative skills.
