When a company identifies its unique culture from all the data collection and techniques applied by its HR, a company can use this as a tool to accomplish its business goals. However, this would involve a form of structured strategy to understand the drivers of culture towards achieving set goals.

If the innovation of a product is the objective of the company, then a collaborative culture where ideas and concepts can cultivate will complement the goal at hand. Similarly, if the culture lacks to endorse the values of the company's motive, then it would disrupt the functions of the organization.

Hence, identifying and creating a balance of the kind of workforce culture is necessary to foster the company's success.

While a company can identify and establish its culture, workspaces can help build that culture from an intangible to an incredibly tangible asset. A culture of a company isn't always in streamline to one specific form but can have smaller focused groups to generate different sets of goals. There could be collaboration within a market culture company, requiring a balance between both engaging and personal areas.

Workspaces can also convert intangible values into tangibles. For instance, a company that focuses on sustainability can introduce the use of sustainable materials into their workspaces. 

They can also amplify this to create a voice for their brand. For instance, a health insurance company can incorporate bio walls at their reception area to promote health care as a number one priority. They can further take this into their workspaces by integrating replenishing planters around the office.

Employees are always in connection with their company's values and practices when it's physically a part of the workspace design. Employees enhance their work performance as they maintain to perform in alignment with the company's strategies. 

The culture of a company begins from inside the workspace and branches out to represent their values. With the power of human touch and design, a company can foster its principles and can even establish, and commemorate the goodwill of the organization.
